ABOUT GROOVE KOREA
More expats turn to Groove Korea than any other publication in the country for our news analysis and extensive community, music, sports, travel and food coverage.
With a circulation of 23,000, Groove Korea is the country’s most-read English publication, including the three daily newspapers.
That being said, we’re a pretty humble operation. We’re always on the lookout for new, talented writers and photographers that want to join a community of like-minded people. We either don’t pay or don’t pay much, so if you join us it will be because you love what you do.

Connecting Communities
Groove Korea’s Project Community is a movement to bridge Korea’s communities. Whether you’re the businessman living at Fraser Suits, the toiling migrant worker in Paju, the dedicated English teacher, or the struggling student – you have a place in Groove Korea. We’re all more alike than you think.
Everyone needs community. It can start with just a few friends, a sports team or book club. Project Community will help you find your community.
Groove Korea’s Project Community relies on you. If you have a story idea about a community you would like to share, let us know.
